RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your purchase does not fit you as you were expecting or has a manufacturing fault, we will offer an immediate exchange for you. Upon deciding the need for an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order number and size you wish to exchange for. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging. If the product is not returned in this condition, the odd3 will not be able to process the exchange. Please send as much information with your return as possible including the name, phone number and address where the order was sent and/or billed to, email address used to purchase the item along with your receipts. All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Odd3 cycling apparel will repair any damaged items that occur from possible production errors, free of charge. Please e-mail us at email@example.com with a brief explanation of your repair request.
